Immunologist Reveals Her Daily Supplement List for Health and Healthy Aging

Dr. Jenna Macciochi, an immunologist and health coach, has shared her daily regimen of nine essential nutritional supplements designed to support immunity, heart and brain health, and improve sleep quality, according to The Telegraph.

With 20 years of immunology research behind her, Macciochi emphasized that supplements should complement—not replace—the foundations of a healthy lifestyle: a balanced diet, adequate sleep, stress management, and regular exercise.

Her list includes supplements such as vitamin D3 and K2 for immunity and bone health, magnesium for sleep, omega-3 and omega-7 for the heart and brain, collagen for joint support, probiotics for gut health, and antioxidants like ergothioneine and CoQ10.

She stressed that combining these supplements with a balanced lifestyle can support overall health and slow the effects of aging.
