The advisory follows similar warnings from other Western nations, including the United States and Germany, highlighting the growing activity of armed groups and a worsening humanitarian crisis caused by the blockade on fuel supplies.
The French Embassy in Bamako remains operational under a Chargé d’affaires, continuing to provide consular assistance to approximately 4,300 French nationals registered in Mali.
