The Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, has voiced deep concern over the ongoing blockade imposed by armed groups in Mali, urging urgent international action to address the escalating crisis.

In an official statement, Youssouf warned of the rapid deterioration of the security situation, as armed groups continue to block vital supply routes, worsening the humanitarian suffering of civilians.
