The Federal University of Kashere – Gombe State, Nigeria took part in the Second International Conference under the theme: “Knowledge Integration between Arabic Language Studies and Islamic Sciences in Light of Contemporary Challenges”, which brought together leading universities and research centers from across the globe.
The conference featured the presentation of over 150 academic papers in diverse fields, with the scientific committee selecting 70 outstanding works, a move widely praised by participants.
Professor Mohammed Saleh Jamal, Vice Dean of the Faculty and Member of the University’s Board of Trustees, expressed his pride in the high academic standards of the event, stressing that Kashere University’s active involvement reflects its commitment to academic openness and knowledge integration.
The university played a significant role in the proceedings: its representative was appointed to the scientific committee evaluating the research papers, in addition to chairing one of the conference sessions and delivering a speech at the closing session’s opening ceremony.
The Federal University of Kashere reaffirmed that this participation aligns with its strategic vision to foster collaborative research and promote the role of Arabic and Islamic studies in addressing contemporary challenges.
