Yemen: Israeli strikes kill 46, injure 165

The Houthi-run Ministry of Health in Yemen announced Thursday that the death toll from Israeli strikes on the capital Sanaa and Al-Jawf province has risen to 46 killed and 165 wounded.

The Israeli army said the air raids were carried out in retaliation for drone and missile launches by the Houthis targeting Israeli territory.

In a separate statement, the Houthis claimed responsibility for two attacks—a missile launch and a drone strike—against Israel on Thursday, describing them as a “response to the Zionist aggression against our country.”
