The Turkish IHH donated 100 cows which were slaughtered and the meats distributed to the poor inhabitants of the conflict zone of northern Mali which is under humanitarian crisis.

Eid-Ul-Adha is a holy celebration of sacrifice and hajj pilgrimage on the Islamic calendar celebrated to signify show of gratitude to Almighty Allah.

The charity work facilitated by both organizations is the culmination of its efforts to contribute to alleviating the siege that the region suffers from, due to the bloody confrontations between armed groups, which led many residents to avoid the weekly markets of livestock, for fear of being targeted.

The Malian organization is doing everything in its power to alleviate the crises that have afflicted the region since the outbreak of events in 2012, which are getting worse with the prolonged duration of the crisis.
